The hotel had friendly staff, clean rooms, and good entertainment. It was close to everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and attractions. The location was also convenient for public transportation.

Great location in the heart of Toronto, close to everything. Clean rooms and bathroom facilities. Friendly staff who were welcoming and accommodating. Morning snack of toast and coffee provided.

The location in downtown Toronto was perfect for exploring the city and attending the festival. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The music at the jazz bar downstairs was fantastic. The breakfast, although simple, provided excellent coffee.

This hotel had the best staff we've ever encountered! They were incredibly friendly and provided excellent suggestions for activities. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Toronto, as it was in the city centre and within walking distance to all the restaurants, attractions, and bars. The hotel itself had a great laid-back charm, and we loved being above the jazz bar with great acts on every day and night. The room was clean, had an updated bathroom, and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was fast and very tasty.
